David & Dawna
December 8, 2009
Hands down this was one of my favorite weddings.
Not only are David and Dawna two incredibly sweet people, they made their wedding, well, their own.
From Frank Sinatra, to the hand-tailored suits and fedora hats, Dawna and David didn’t overlook any detail. And as they say, the wedding is in the details.
Their wedding told a story of timeless love: one that endures heartache and life’s challenges. One that truly tells the story of life: the good and the bad. The timeless memories and the difficulties that make us stronger. And there was not a doubt in one’s mind that day, that their love will last. And as David promised Dawna, that he would be there in sickness and in health, you knew, without a shadow of a doubt, that he meant every word.
So here’s a toast to you: David and Dawna, and thank you for showing us all the meaning of modern romance and what it means to truly love.
And thank you Dan, for second shooting with me! You are a life saver!

The Franko’s
December 4, 2009
They met through mutual friends who were dating at the time. Brian was smitten with Melody and who wouldn’t be? She is simply gorgeous
Melody contacted me a few weeks ago to do a family shoot just in time for Christmas. I was astonished to see how young she and her husband were especially since Brian has a 13 year old son, Jake. Most teenage boys would be “too cool” to take family pictures, but Jake was a lot of fun and I’m sure at times, he thought I was a little crazy, but he still put on a good face. Thank you Brian, Melody and Jake for a wonderful afternoon and making my job so incredibly easy.
Christian & Melissa

It was a sunny Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago when fall was nipping at the California sun. A perfect time for a family photo session. And Christian and Melissa made it easy to take those fun loving candid shots. So where ever you are, take a moment and glance at the colorful leaves and breathe in that crisp Autumn air. Whether your in California, Oregon, Boston or Florida, take a moment and celebrate this season.

Cory & Adri
November 11, 2009
This couple is simply adorable.
Like that delicate piece of chocolate that melts in your mouth and satisfies your need for something perfectly sweet.
They are that balance of pure love and modern romance.
And can I just say that Cory is an absolute gentlemen? I love it when men take the time to open doors and make sure that their soul mates are taken care of. Yes, chivalry is alive and well and yes, we adore it ![]()
So without further adieu, here are a few pictures from our glorious afternoon in downtown Claremont.

Chase and Amber
October 21, 2009
I was ecstatic when one of Chase’s friends contacted me a few weeks ago to see if I would take pictures of Chase proposing to his girlfriend, Amber
It has a been a dream of mine to capture that moment for a couple. Chase had everything planned out down to the perfect moment. He and Amber would arrive at a private park and take a walk towards a bench overlooking the Newport Harbor. While he got down on one knee, his friends and family were in a boat across the harbor in Newport with a giant sign that read: “Will you marry me? Pretty Please?” (Insert the awwww here
)
I was so excited to capture this moment for them. Although Chase was nervous, he played it off well. Amber had no idea. She thought they were going to Vegas for the weekend. As friends and family jumped out of the boat, they waited for a brief moment to hear her answer. The answer was of course, Yes! Cheers were shouted even from strangers in the park. Tears were shared and hugs were exchanged, then they floated off into the sunset, yes, it was that romantic!
Chase, all I can say is BRAVO! Your friends have some high expectations to live up to. Amber: You deserve such an incredible man and I am so glad you said yes! I hope you have a blast planning your wedding and thank you for allowing me to capture such a significant moment in your lives. Congratulations you two!
Daniel and Krystal
October 15, 2009
Krystal and I became friends a few years ago after hearing about one another from family members. We hit it off instantly: we were both loud, fun loving girls who both have strong personalities to say the least
I knew that it would take an incredible man to not only meet Krystal’s expectations, but to match her amazing personality. Krystal is a woman that could easily conquer the world and needed someone that would take that ride with her.
Daniel and her met at Camp Crestview serving as volunteers for the summer. And let me just tell you, it is one of those places that a summer crush could easily turn into love. Surrounded by ancient pine trees, the 1900′s mansion (yes, I said mansion) has decadent stained-windows and a grand fireplace that takes you back to a place where the world was a little slower, a little more romantic. Although, Krystal was cautious about entering into a relationship, you could see that sparkle in her eye. Daniel was the one.
Fast forward a few years, on bended knee, Daniel proposed with a ring that was only fit for a queen. The one he wants to spend the rest of his life with and conquer the world.
